Sea Roots is a small seaside farm located in Mosteiros, São Miguel Island, Azores. Mosteiros is one of the most beautiful places on the island, with its black sand beaches, crystal-clear natural pools, and fantastic sunsets that can only be seen on the western side of the island. It's a prime spot for sports like fishing, diving, snorkeling, and surfing, as well as tourist activities like whale and bird watching, and hiking.
At Sea Roots, we offer 3 independent accommodation units and engage in small-scale agricultural activities, with several organic gardens, a greenhouse, and an apiary, as well as other animals like chickens and guinea pigs, all free-range. Our family lives on the property, aiming to live close to nature, minimizing our environmental impact as much as possible by producing some of the energy we consume and managing our waste in an integrated way.
GARDEN ZONE 1
Nature and relaxation
Garden Zone 1 is an accommodation located at the back of the property, set in a garden area. It consists of a bedroom, kitchen/living room, bathroom, private garden, and barbecue. It also has private parking for one car and a laundry area located at the back of the property.
The view is of the garden, where there are various trees and plants, but the proximity to the sea allows you to hear the sound of the waves, providing a serene and peaceful environment. It has a maximum capacity of 2 people.
